The recognition further substantiates our claim to be a leader in the offshore ITO and BPO space. . . We consider the Offshore 100 ranking, as a validation of our market leadership and the unique differentiation we provide to our customers in terms of integrated service lines, domain solutions and predictability in execution on a global delivery platform.

On the other hand, neoIT’s Vice Presindet, Eugene Kublanov states”
The ranking reflects the growing strength of the global outsourcing industry. . . The Offshore 100 firms are witnessing the tangible effects of the offshoring trend representing over $90 billion in outsourcing revenues, and growing at a compounded annual rate of 20% from 2003 to 2005.
Analysis covered 250 data points from service providers ranging from large multi-national firms, to emerging BPO providers, to small domestic IT services firms. Four categories covered these data points: general company information, client data, operational capabilities, and human resource policies. Survey respondents were firms from 13 countries around the world, representative of the most popular offshoring destinations: India, The Philippines, China, Russia, Malaysia, Mexico, among them.
Managing Offshore Editor Rusty Weston notes:
neoIT and Managing Offshore created the Offshore 100 to identify the global universe of ITO and BPO suppliers. . . The Offshore 100 is the first study of its kind that goes beyond and alphabetical database of global suppliers. We have created ranked sub lists from the universe of the Offshore 100 that identify leaders in various categorie such as the top 5 companies to watch south of the border and the top 10 rookies to watch in 2005.
